1. What is Diocart?

Diocart is an international eCommerce platform that delivers packaged Indian food products from India to customers worldwide. Our catalog includes sweets, snacks, ghee & oils, cookies & biscuits, Indian spices, tea, coffee, and other packaged food items.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ships orders only to the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

3. How long does international shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (including processing)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. How are food products packaged for international delivery?

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Are customs duties or import taxes included?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees (if applicable) are determined by the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

6. Can all food items be shipped internationally?

Some food items may be restricted in certain countries due to local import regulations. Product availability at checkout reflects shipping eligibility for your selected destination.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.

8. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • A defective item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate resolution.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

10. Are product ingredients and nutritional details available?

Yes. Ingredient information, allergen details (where provided by the manufacturer), and other product information are listed on individual product pages. Customers are advised to review product labels before consumption.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international credit and debit cards and other secure online payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

12. Do you offer bulk or gifting orders?
