Ingredients

Sandu Gokharu Kadha is an all-natural herbal tonic. The entire ripe and dried fruit of Gokhura (Puncture Vine) is used to prepare the tonic. This fruit is found in the dry, sandy regions. This is known to contain the below ingredients.

• Jaggery
• Puncturevine
• Fire flame bush

Dose

Sandu Gokharu Kadha should be consumed after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps should be followed to have this.

• Have this 2-3 times a day
• Drink 4-6 tablespoon of the tonic a day
• Drink the health supplement before having food, in empty stomach
• Mix equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before consumption
