Roopak Punjabi Kadi Masala

Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Coriander, Turmeric, Garlic, Onions, Iodised salt, Cumin, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Mango powder, Mustard, Curry leaves, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg

Directions :

• Mix one cup gram flour(besan),Two cup hung curd, eight cups of water, two teaspoon salt.

• Sieve & cook on low flame for 25 min.

• In a pan put 3 tbsp oil/ ghee,one chopped onion & stir till golden brown.

• Add two chopped tomatoes & cook till oil separates.

• Add four tbsp Roopak punjabi kadi masala & cook.

• Mix all the contents in step 1 above & add the pakodas. Relish your favourite dish.
